i dislike organic food nazis
No but I’m lucky because I can buy raw goat’s milk from a proper shop…it is frozen tho, and only lasts 2 days!
true. I can’t be arsed haha. Honestly, I don’t think you need to be THAT picky about what you eat as long as you try to cook it yourself instead of buying processed crap. It’ll make a huge enough difference, really.
How about raw dairy products? They are much better. Hard to get hold of tho.
Hey, I’d rather feel shit ’cause I had an awesome night out than feel shit because I ate too much cheese
Well my vice, is drinking drinking drinking! Everyday and every week I almost kill myself on friday/sat night….well I am a student. Hypocritically of herbal medicine!
Yep! That I do! Lucky I don’t eat that much meat or dairy, innit?
Nah but I think people should have their vices though not overdo everything. If you love cheese, then fuck it, EAT IT! But maybe not so much ice cream and chocolate as well. It’s all about balance
I smoke but I don’t tan, lol.
No beef or dairy? But you do smoke and drink coffee!LOL
I’m concerned about the milk protein in yogurt, studies have shown that this casein protein binds to the antioxidants from the berries thereby making you no longer able to absorb them properly. So I eat berries an hour before my hemp seed added yogurt.
Know anything about this?
Get a cheap yogurt, but throw in some expensive fruit (expensive depending on where you live, true enough)
good way to save money XD.
Where can you get raw milk, closer than having to go to a where somebody holds a cow?
And isnt there a reason why it is prohibited to get raw milk?
Except for that nice video about nutrition.
my list would probably be
1. Ginger (tasty, good against colds)
2. Lentils (super cheap and awesome. Red are the best. I use them as beef replacement in tacos.)
3. Garlic (naturally)
4. Red Quinoa (good replacements for rice)
5. Frozen Spinach (so cheap)
6. Broccoli (really great as a salad with some chopped red onions and balsamic vinegar)
..can’t be arsed to come up with more haha. I would generally stay away from dairy and beef. eggs are good, though. in moderation.
EvenMore2 Khlorineking: There lots of more reasons why meat is bad for everyone. Click on my nick name and view a couple hundred videos produced by people all over the country and the world showing and telling exactly what harm comes from meat consumption and production!
Thanks.
More2:Khlorineking Farm animals produce 13x the amount of shit and piss that humans produce. Little of this waste is treated with conventional sewage treatment facilities. People living in the areas of massive meat production offer suffer from the diseases associated with exposure to raw sewage. The constant putrid smell of intensive factory farms is overwhelming. There is a dead zone about the size of New Jersey in the gulf of Mexico thought to be caused by farm runoff. Meat is bad for us!
More2:Khlorineking Along with other physicians; Drs. Neil Barnard and Gabriel Cousens have reversed and eliminated diabetes with a vegan diet. Dr. Dean Ornish has attracted the attention and approval of insurance companies from his success in reversing heart disease using a Lo Fat Vegetarian Diet. Overcrowding on factory farms provides a breeding ground for mutated viruses such as swine & avian flu. Meat and dairy contains excessive amounts of antibiotics and bovine growth hormones.
back @khlorineking I applaud the farm visit. ~96% of people have never been on a farm even if they are buying “cage free eggs” – they have no ideal how the animals are actually being treated. Meat consumption has be linked to Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Disease, Osteoporosis, and Multiple Scoliosis, among other diseases.
Professor T. Colin Campbell, author of the China Study, estimates 80-90% of all illnesses can be prevented or reversed by adopting a strict vegetarian diet.
Like i said… it depends on where you are getting your sources from. I personally have been to the farm where i get all my stuff from, i know the living conditions and they are excellent. I don’t agree with factory farming, but that doesn’t mean that meat is bad for everyone.
back @khlorineking I agree processed foods are not good, but 99% of all eggs milk and bacon and all other meat products are the result of hellish cruelty including keeping animals in cages so small they cannot move turn around and see their young, they live over open sewers thousands of gallons of their own excrement, they have parts of their bodies ripped and cut off without pain killers, they are beaten, kicked, electrocuted, shoved, force fed to induce diseases
No my friend you do the math!
I eat Omega 3 Eggs about twice a week, and eggs are pretty healthy for you in moderation. I also love to eat a variety of foods everyday, a variety of fruits, vegetables, and wild game meat.
My list is something like this:
1. Salmon (D-vitamin, B-Vitamin and Omega-3)
2. Liver (comes with every nutrient a man need but about 10 times more than other food, including vitamin C)
3. Eggs (vitamins, minerals and omega-3, proteins and fat)
4. Fat cheese and real butter (this makes us go round and if we read what WHO says it’s no longer bad for your heart:-)
whats ur list?
this guy’s list is crap.
lol @ 3:44
You said ‘Great’ like 22 times and ‘Good’ about the same. Find some new words dude. Your vocabulary is limited. Have Great day.
@ContaMuir17a sweeping generalizations only show your ignorance. It depends on where you are getting your eggs from, as well as your milk. Now i do agree that raw milk is much better for you. No dispute there. No Bacon? we’ve been with saturated fat forever, processed carbs only in the last 10,000 years or so. All of a sudden disease pops up. You do the math. I suggest you go buy The Vegetarian Myth, by Lierre Keith. Its a real eye opener for both vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.
This is crap and just looking at him you can see he knows nothing of health.
Should we drink tap water and eat meat as well?
