what are some healthy vegetarian foods to buy from whole foods (organic/natural food) store?

I am a vegetarian and want to know of few healthy foods that I can buy from a whole foods store?Can u recommend some substitutes for unhealthy foods?thanks
i meant the whole foods store and i am in arkansas, so dont have a trader joes here.

Because you’re vegetarian you should get items that have a lot of protein.
all the chips and unhealthy foods they have at whole foods pretty much are organic so you can’t really go wrong. If you have a Trader Joe’s near you, that’s a great store as well
Kale, Papaya, tomatoes, blueberries/raspberries/strawberries, mushrooms, avocado, oranges, cherries, I mean there are literally So SO SO many.
natural vegetables and fruit. Are you talking about the store Whole Foods, or are you talking about a natural foods store. Whole Foods does have a number of vegetarian and vegan meat substitutes in the freezer section. A natural food market might have a more esoteric selection of “not meat” products — Whole Foods is really mass market
Trader Joe’s is another great store,they have tons of great stuff.
organic fresh produce is best,of course.
they have a yummy spinach/artichoke dip,the mushroom torts are fab too..
