Chicken Pasta Salad
This colorful chicken pasta salad is easy to make and sure to please.
What You’ll Need
2 cups chopped chicken
1/3 cup Organic Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Organic Apple Cider Vinigar
2 cups organic vegetable pasta (I like using the mixed shapes)
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 medium sized shredded carrot
1/4 large red onion chopped
1 stalk thinly sliced/chopped organic celery
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 inch feta cheese crumpled
Parsley
Organic Italian Herbs (available as a selection of herbs already blended)
Herbamare
Pepper
What To Do
Step 1
Cook and rinse vegetable pasta if not already done.
Step 2
Cut up vegetable ingredients.
Step 3
Place pasta in large mixing bowl. Add vegetable ingredients.
Step 4
Add chopped chicken to the bowl.
Step 5
Pour the Olive Oil over the contents of the bowl. Then add the Apple Cider Vinegar. (Add the oil first or the vinegar just pools on the bottom.)
Step 6
Add the feta cheese.
Step 7
Season to taste.
Step 7
Mix. Let the salad stand 10 minutes before serving to enhance the flavor.

Meat Loaf Recipe
Finding the right meat loaf recipe that will please the family can be a challenge. This is one the whole family will like.
What You’ll Need
2 pounds organic hamburger
1 medium organic onion chopped
3 stalks thinly sliced/chopped organic celery
2 slices organic whole wheat bread, toasted (I use this in place of bread crumbs)
2 egss scrambled
organic Ketchup
Parsley
Organic Italian Herbs (available as a selection of herbs already blended)
Herbamare
Pepper
What To Do
Step 1
Place the hamburger in a large mixing bowl. Add the celery, onions, and seasoning.
Step 2
Add the eggs. Crumple up the toast to make bread crumbs and add to bowl.
Step 3
Blend ingredients together then form into a loaf pan.
Step 4
Cover the top of the meat loaf with Ketchup. Put into a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes (time may vary depending on oven heat).

Creamy Macaroni & Cheese
Making a creamy macaroni and cheese that the whole family loves is possible with this recipe.
What You’ll Need
2 cups cooked and drained macaroni
1 1/2 cups grated organic cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons organic butter
3 tablespoons organic flour
2 cups organic milk
Herbemar
dash of pepper (very little)
1.5 quart casserole dish
What To Do
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Cook, drain and rinse the macaroni, if not already done.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a medium sized sauce pan at medium heat.
Step 4
Using a whisk, stir in the flour. Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Slowly stir in the milk while whisking.
Step 6
Continue stirring while sauce thickens. No need to bring to a boil. It will continue to thicken in the oven.
Step 7
Slowly blend in the grated cheese until it is well blended. Remove from heat.
Step 8
Add Herbamare and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Place noodles in a 1.5 quart casserole dish and pour cheese sauce over noodles.
Step 10
Place in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe
Here is a tuna pasta salad recipe that is sure to be a hit.
What You’ll Need
2 cans flaked tuna
1/3 cup Organic Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups organic vegetable pasta (I like using the mixed shapes)
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 medium sized shredded carrot
1/4 large red onion chopped
1 stalk thinly sliced/chopped organic celery
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 inch feta cheese crumpled (optional)
Parsley
Organic Italian Herbs (available in stores)Herbamare
Pepper
What To Do
Step 1
Cook and rinse vegetable pasta if not already done.
Step 2
Cut up vegetable ingredients.
Step 3
Place pasta in large mixing bowl. Add vegetable ingredients.
Step 4
Drain tuna and add to the bowl.
Step 5
Pour the Olive Oil over the contents of the bowl. Then add the Apple Cider Vinegar. (The oil is added first or the vinegar just pools on the bottom.)
Step 6
Add the optional black olives and feta cheese.
Step 7
Season to taste.
Step 7
Mix. Let the tuna pasta salad stand 10 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.

Organic Chicken Soup
This organic chicken soup is sure to become a family favorite. My family loves it thick with noodles.
What You’ll Need
3 organic chicken legs or the bones of one chicken with meat still remaining
1/2 chopped organic onion
1 organic chicken boullion cube
cooked soup noodles (alternatively you can use broken-up spaghetti noodles)
5 cups water
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped celery stalk
1 teaspoon Parsley
Herbamare
Pepper
What To Do
Step 1
Cook and rinse soup noodles if not already done.
Place the chicken legs or carcus in a large pot with water, onions and boullion cube.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes if using cooked bones. Thirty minutes if using raw chicken legs.
Step 3
Remove the chicken. Skim off any excess fat off the surface of the broth.
Step 4
Add the vegetables, herbs and seasoning to your taste. Simmer 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove chicken from the bones, and cut into bite size pieces.
Step 6
Add chicken and noodles to broth. Allow to heat through out before serving.

Organic Lasagna
What You’ll Need
1 1/2 pounds organic ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 crushed garlic clove
3 to 4 sliced mushrooms
2 cups cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
16 ounces organic mozzarella cheese
8 ounce package of organic lasagna noodles
2 of the 6 ounce cans organic tomato paste
28 ounce can organic tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Parsley
Herbamare
Pepper
Oregano, Basil (I use the Organic Italian Herb mix that is available.)
What To Do
Step 1
Cook and rinse the noodles if not already done.
Brown ground beef, with onions, garlic and mushrooms while pasta cooks.
Step 2
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, herbs.
Step 3
Add herbs and seasoning to your taste.
Step 4
Simmer 40 minutes.
Step 5
Combine cottage cheese and egg.
Step 6
Grate mozzarella cheese
Step 7
Arrange layers of the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, sauce and cheese in a baking pan. Be sure to end with a cheese layer on top.
Step 8
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
