Green Iguana eating Zoo-Med All Natural food.
Watch my little green friend eat some food. The food is zoo med’s all natural juvenile iguana food and this feeding it had a sprinkle of zoo-med’s reptivite vitamins for reptiles.

Took the words right out of my mouth
You are a terrible iguana owner.
1.THAT TANK IS WAY TOO SMALL!
Your iguana WILL grow up to 6 feet in length, and it NEEDS ATLEAST 8 feet by 8 feet cage.
2.GET RID OF THAT CANNED IGUANA CRAP!
It contains animal protiens which can damage an iguanas liver to the point of failure, resulting in DEATH. Feed it collard/mustard greens and bok choy with fresh fruit.
NO BUGS.
3. IF YOU CANNOT MEET THOSE 2 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, GET RID OF THE IGUANA. That is ANIMAL ABUSE!
how many gallons is that?
Never tried feeding my ig the canned food…check out my ig…leave a comment rate…subscribe
For those who feed their reptiles dry food, please make sure you spray them with some water to soften them up. Dry food will expand in your lizzy’s stomach and will cause problems. And of course, always make sure they have fresh water available at all times.
My iguanas loved the pellets on their salads.
i got sum of the zoo med crickets tho my beardy DOESNT LIKE THEM
I have to mix that with sallad or something else otherwise mine won’t eat it
yeah but i think they’re unfertilized…so i don’t think they can hatch…so they’re pretty much empty
it has a skin disease you MAY wanna get it checked out
well to small viv it needs to be 6ft by 4 ft by 2 ft at least for a green iguana at that size
my bby iguana has white strips on its belly idk why!
so can the girls lay eggs with out a male iguana
hey this is prob really late but what i did for mine to eat the med food was crushed it up and sprinkled it on mustard greens.
soo adorable!
yes she’s on completely fresh greens/veggies now, and in a much much much bigger enclosure. She’s about to lay eggs for the second time in her life now. She’s getting big
They get bored with that stuff really quick. nice vid tho and the Iguana is beautiful ,nice markings.
was isn das bitteschön für ein
terrarium, des is echt winzig
i would also like to add.
to all those who posted on here with comments of positive or constructive value. congrats, your REAL youtubers.
to those who have posted negative and rather diminutive comments, PLEASE GET OFF INDICAS BACK.
i find it reall annoying when other youtubers seem to not try to understand things further… i take great hostility towards that.
indicasatifa i shall join in this bitchwar in your defense!
indicasatifa your iguana looks very nice in this vid! great job! i also have an ig i named gojira. i feed her similar pellets with high nutrition vallue and uva/uvb heat lamp, along with a heat pad for nighttime since it gets cold lol (its the kind that sticks to the bottom outside of the tank and inside i have layers of cardboard to prevent any burns or overheating, works well!)
I got a jar of this zoo med food
and my iguana dont like it
is there something that i could do to make her eat it?
hey , guess whatever they will eat ya know-lol
lol crazy comments on here, bout the diet fresh is better and made up foods should only be used for like when you go out of town, i do understand its hard to have time but you can make it up the night before and put it in the fridge then zap it in the microwave for 10 to 15 sec. check out my feeding & lighting videos for ideas, its good you made her a bigger cage too, she looks good, careful zoomed food is dry and it has animal protein in it, check out reptileuv, com for the best lights too
check out my feeding iguanas video and my others, email me if u need more help and read up at greeniguanasociety, com and you’ll need a uvb light goto reptileuv, com for the best
Iguanas do not eat lettuce, try feeding your little guy Collard Greens. That is what I give my Iguana, since it was a baby because for some reason it wouldn’t want to eat pellet food as shown above in the video also as time goes by and your iguana starts growing try putting a little bit of the pellets on your Iguanas collard greens and and let your iguana get used to them… or if u want you can also try buying a vitamin spray and spray it on whatever you give it.
hii i just got a baby iguana and im a snake person so i have no idea what they eat …he is a very small green iguana and i gave him lettuce but i dont know what else iguanas eat..please help
