yes, i heard from that. it’s possible that you have a lack of iron. if you are a vegetarian, than you have to eat legumes (like lenses), spinach, sesame, nuts, etc.

Actually, it clogs your pores and commercial stuff can have all sorts of chemicals. The media just /wants/ you to believe it’s ‘safe.’ It really isn’t. And eventually, you’ll develop a higher and higher tolerance to the sun and UV, so you won’t HAVE to wear sunblock. Our bodies are really wonderful.

Haha, she is beautiful, I agree, but you are beautiful too. Personality makes that distinction for me, if someone is pretty and has a bad attitude/personality, then I don’t consider them beautiful but if they have a good soul = beautiful. That’s the way I see it, yeah, randomly responding to you lol ;]
I think 2% has way too much fats in it that it pretty much counteracts or masks the benefits. So skim milk is the best way to go, or ask she mentioned, and natural yogurt,
