This soup is absolutely delicious! I’m really glad I tried it, and I will continue buying it. It really does taste just like chicken soup. I’m a vegetarian (20 years) and I love knowing I’m not eating a chicken!

I have been looking for an “instant” veggie noodle soup cup for lunch and this is it. The taste is decent and the amount of noodles is reasonable. Add one cup of boiling water and do lunch in a few minutes. It can’t be more “instant” than that.

I understand what everyone is saying about the portion size, it’s lame that this is McDougall’s way of making lower sodium soups.
But… I really like the portion size, it’s perfect for me. I have a side salad and one of these for lunch and it keeps me full until dinner. The flavor is great and I love that it’s vegan. It’s also a little spicy which I love.
I will keep buying this and I’m going to try the other “Light Sodium” aka smaller portioned varieties as well.

As a vegan who admires Dr. McDougall, I really wanted to like this soup. Unfortunately, it was bland with a bitter aftertaste. It didn’t taste anything like I remember chicken soup tasting. At least it wasn’t overly salty like many soup-in-a-cup packages. The only think that tasted good about this soup were the corn kernels. I had bought 2 containers of soup, but will give away the 2nd next time there’s a food drive.
