you did not tell us or show us what kind of dark chocolate to buy…
it is high in trans fat, low in nutritional value, extremely calorie dense, and everything is processed, genetically modified and treated with hormones.
why not to eat raw chocolate. Its awesome. All the benefits, unprocessed and sugar free

too many calories, fat (especiallly saturated fat) compared to the amount of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Also the MSG content and other addetives that can spike your blood sugar(maltodextrine).

There are 80% or even 85%, check at your nearest Walmart stores.
Fast food bad because:
1. One meal can contain a whole day calories
2. High in trans fat
3. One-dollar-deal usually contain bad-quality meat or they’d mix something in the meat for the meat to appear bigger
Fast food is bad because it has Trans fats and partially hydrogenated oils in it. It can also contain excess amounts of sodium and even some chemicals such as MSG. There’s also a huge amount of processed carbohydrates in them. Fast food can be very addictive or habitual, so replace FF with healthy whole foods slowly for a few weeks and eat to your metabolic type (high fiber/carbs and low fat/protein or high fat/protein and low fiber/carbs) .
Its probably because theres a lot of calories and you get hungry again in a short amount of time

Whole foods is full of them nowadays.
I suppose it also depends where you live.
The highest Ive seen is 88% at whole foods.
where do you even find 80% cocoa bars? in whole foods i’ve only seen 60-70% tops.
I used to only like milk chocolate but now I don’t drink milk anymore and I’ve developed a taste for dark chocolate.
It’s got to be because fast food is too calorie-dense, and not nutrient-rich, and fiberless, with too much sodium, and processed sugar.

No all chocolate has caffeine. Theobromine has the same properties of caffeine but without the hyperactivity that caffeine causes. It affects humans on a lesser scale than caffeine but lasts twice as long. As for acid reflux, pepper is much words on this than chocolate. Most people will not get reflux from chocolate like they do from greasy foods. It will not create a craving for starchy foods like other sweets. There are also lots of other health benefits from chocolate not listed here.

well lets put it this way and summarise everything that is edible out there:-
bad taste = healthy and good for u
delightful and irresistable taste = unhealthy and fatty
this is 99.9% of all the food on earth!! think bout it so basically we r not meant to enjoy wat we eat! if we wanna live healthy
fast food is bad for you because it lacks variety. If fast food was diverse, and we could switch between the different kinds, it wouldn’t be as bad.
Do any of you realize that the saturated fat in cocoa is medium chain fatty acids (similar to coconut) and are easily digestible and used through our body. Cocoa is known as a good “stress reliever” and has a good source of iron and fiber. It isn’t fattening unless you eat way to much OR if you get the infamous chocolate bar, which is added sugar and milk. Go with 80% Cocoa bars or higher for the best benefits.
Because of all the carbs and sugar in buns, soda, ice cream, fries, etc. And the frying of foods in trans fats and hydrogenated vegetable oils. The processing, etc of the meats (probably grain fed, filled with growth hormones) and cheeses(processed homogenized pastuerized etc..)
Because it has a high level of unsaturated fat and has a lot of calories.
