Soak and rub…
For the feet it helps with the toes, and cleans well, good for the pedicure.
Not to sure about Hair…
Hope this helped, may be stinky but works wonders.
mayo, oatmeal, eggs and olive oil in hair. cucumber on eyes to reduce puffiness. mud masks on face
skin –> sugar scrub….sugar and honey!!!! (warm not HOT showers)
hair–> mayonesa, avocado, olive oil
feet–> sugar scrub again…. or even a sea salt one
face –> egg whites, steam, baking soda and water mixture (paste like)
to make anything shelf stable i think you add grapefruit oil or something or make it as you need it or store in refrigerator
skin-anything with jojoba oil works wonders! with apricot and other natural herbs, such as olive or peanut oil.
hair-castor oil -rub it in your scalp or use vit.E grease
nails-garlic nailpolish and file them every time it grows a little so it can grow longer, like hair.
feet-mix a cup of sugar with a tablespoon of olive oil until its a bit grainy and still oily and rub it all over your sole of your foot and scrub with a foot scrubber and wash off. this rids of the dead skin cells and moisturizes skin keeping it supple.
face-face scrub with rosemary or any scrub infused with oxygen or honey with egg yolk on face for 15 min(s) then wash off.
