I am going to try for a week, so I need to know what I need to fill in for all the animal things I eat daily, like meat and dairy products. If you could give me a food schedule for tomorrow, that would be great. :D . Give me advice and tips, please! BTW, I am 14 years old and 85 lbs. Let me know what I need to do to stay healthy! BTW, I am trying this out because of animals <3, so help me out!!! Thanks :)
