From VwaV, with added tofu goodness. Seriously, not a single recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance has turned out badly — in fact, they’ve all been fabulous. Even the roasted brussels sprouts with garlic were completely gobbled before I could take a photograph of them, and I have a lifelong hatred of sprouts. (They generally taste like earwax, but not VwaV’s recipe. It’s astounding. Absofreakinlutely amazing.)
