Question by Lazybuns: is the theory of “negative calorie foods” even true? Why dont more people know about it?!?
I just read a whole article about negative calorie foods and about if you eat these it actually burns calories b/c it takes up more energy to digest than it does to eat them… Is this true??

Locally grown in Madera, California. I came across these beautiful organic black figs being sold at Noe Valley Whole Foods. PLU number is 94266.

Notice the "ANDI" score on the sign. Something we might consider adding to Farmanac. It analyzes many nutrients in a food product.

Question by iceuroz: Does halal meat in the USA come from the same food production companies as non-halal meat?
I would like to know because I want to buy organic meat (no hormones, antibiotics, etc) without paying that “whole foods” price.
