* World’s 1st macrobiotic supplement, featuring 55 fermented whole foods * Bursting with natural enzymes and nutrients to promote energy and vitality Michio Kushi’s Fermented Superfood Complex with PreB® is one of those special supplements that only come along once every few years. It is the world’s first macrobiotic supplement, featuring 55 fermented whole foods that are bursting with natural enzymes and nutrients to promote energy and vitality. The term “macrobiotic” was first used by Hippocrates, and it means “great life” or “long life” in Greek. He used the word to describe people who were healthy and lived long. Developer of Fermented Superfood Complex Michio Kushi believes macrobiotics is an approach to life, or a philosophy, rather than a “diet.” Macrobiotics emphasizes whole cereals, grains, legumes, vegetables, seaweed, fermented foods and fruits combined into meals according to the principle of balance known as yin and yang. The exclusive blend of whole foods in our Fermented Superfood Complex is called preB®. Mr. Kushi developed preB® as a complete nutritional complex composed entirely of fermented foods, containing over 50 types of the world’s healthiest plants and foods. These are combined and fermented using natural yeast, local bacteria and the miraculous water that gushes from the springs on the ANEW Farm in southern Brazil. The result is a totally unique, all-natural fermented food formula that concentrates all of the Kushi Macrobiotic principles into one …

I’ve been a natural for about 2yrs now and I think that natural products works the best!!!!! I use more than half the products that you use and the others ones I got to try!!!!!! I love Shea Moisture and Aubrey Organics Products. My hair thanks me every time. But thanks Fran for sharing your gift and knowledge…..I definitely have to try DC before cowashing, I never thought to try that!!!!!
The curling souffle by Shea moisturizer was a great product! It left my hair real soft and had volume. I will be trying out some of those products as well
You’re so freaking gorgeous! I love our hair, and the product “curling ou
@destinygodley They’re definitely stepping it up on the natural beauty side, too.
@ralphyjay Haha! Wow. Indeed. Thank you for the love. How did you know that??
HAVE THE SKIES OPENED? HAS GOD GRANTED MY WISH? Would you happen to be the vocal goddess who sang “I’ll Be Lovin You” with Claude Kelly, the demo for Linda Teodisu’s “Love Sucks” and the demo for Kelly Clarkson’s “Don’t Let Me Stop You?” Please let me know…!!!
<3 makes me miss NY Duane Read NY's Drug store xo
@hugheshair Everyone’s hair reacts differently to products. Some people are lucky and can use the same products forever! But most of us build a resistance, and it’s nice to have backup products for when that time comes. That way you don’t have to go crazy looking for new stuff to use! You’ll just have it there, already. I hope that helps!
Hi Fran, is it necessary to change up the protective styling cream the same as with conditioners and cleansers? Does our hair get used to that as well? I’ve found a product that I like and gives me the consistent results I’m looking for, but I’ve used it for awhile now. Thanks in advance for your answer. Peace and blessings
@nikkinecole76 Hey, gorgeous! Thank you
@JaTai5 Much love!
@ThatGirlRheRhe Hey! I just reapply whichever product I used + my wet palm, every other day. I’ll def post a video explaining my curl refresher process.
@GwendolynRaine thanks
Sub peace
@GwendolynRaine i guess…i’m too broke to find out either way…but you do have a point……
Hey, Fran!
How do you retain moisture/moisturize between washes?
Fran!! I really enjoyed this video. You’re awesome!! ~~ your pal in Tokyo
@GwendolynRaine Oh, that’s awesome! I’ll make sure and mention that in the next vid. Thanks!
@barebeauty1 Thank you!
@JordanMitch you may want to consider trying the greenhouse effect method for dry hair before shelling out the money for a steamer
GREAT VID!
@DMysterious1 I don’t think which products will work well for you are dependent on hair type. A lot of people have recommended products for me (based on my “hair type”) that didn’t work for me. It just depends on what your hair’s needs are and what you want it to do. For example, some people want curl definition and some want big fluffy hair, it all depends.
@JordanMitch Hey Jordan, if your hair is hard and dry, you might have protein overload. A few protein-free conditioners that I use (I don’t use shampoo, since it makes my hair hard) are Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Conditioner (as a co-wash) Curl Junkie Moisturizing Hair Treatment (as a deep conditioner) and Jessicurl Deep Conditioning Treatment (as a leave-in) plus coconut oil or grapeseed oil to seal. Hope this helps!
Hey Fran, Bee Mine Products are actually sold on the ground at Ecodermis and Wolfberry in Brooklyn. They have a list of retail locations on their website. Great job, Fran, can’t wait for your next video!
