for example….most days i eat, 2toasts with butter, organic yogurt, and a orange or whatever other fruit there is……..not healthy for example……..would be, bacon, sausage, side of chocochip pancakes, all in one sitting. etc……..

Answer by burrchilliesI usually have oatmeal, which is pretty healthy. Even my “unhealthy” breakfasts include a boiled egg.

Now in its third year, the market offers food and products from all over the state. “It’s a producer-only market,” said Susan Muro, organizer of the market. “We don’t have brokers at the market.
