Will i experience any general degeneration in the future if i dont stick to an Organic diet?
I question my self on this subject because i moved to Costa Rica almost 2 years ago and cant find most of the organic vegetables, only a few, and sometimes you have one but not the other, and organic fruits are not introduced or will take years to introduce them in Costa Rica.

I’m so sick of feeling drained all the time, i go to college have to spend a lot of time there working hard. I love going to the gym and playing basket ball with people so i use a lot of energy during the day.

I bought it on August 8 so that would make it two weeks in the refrigerator. I can’t tell if it smells bad or not really. It’s organic and it’s the first time I’ve bought organic so I don’t know if they use any preservatives or what the shelf life is. Is it still safe to use to make chicken tortilla soup?
